Staff

Pastor Timothy has been the Lead Pastor at Calvary since April 2018 (Became Interim Pastor in November 2017). Pastor has his Master of Divinity from Piedmont Divinity School (Carolina University: Winston-Salem, NC) and his Bachelor's in Biblical Studies from Carolina University. Pastor Timothy  focuses on the prayer, teaching, vision and congregational care of our church family. Pastor and his wife, Hannah-Kait, are both graduates of Radford High School and count it a joy to be doing ministry in a community where they have developed such a deep-rooted love for over the years! Pastor and Hannah-Kait have two children: Lillian and Grant.

Pastor Brady  joined the Calvary Pastoral Team in September 2023! Brady recently graduated with his Bachelors in Pastoral Leadership from Liberty University and has a passion for walking the next generation in the truths of God's Word along with encouraging and equipping our Connect Groups. Brady is happily married to Jess, who leads our worship team on Sundays!

Phyllis is the wife of former Calvary pastor, Dudley Morgan. Phyllis has been ministering with the Calvary family for over 25 years as the church secretary! When you call the office, chances are the friendly voice on the other end is Phyllis. She is always ready to help make your time at Calvary comfortable!

Jess has served on our worship team since May of 2024 and joined the Calvary staff in July of 2025 in Worship & Communications. Jess graduated with her Bachelor's in Music & Worship  at Liberty University and has begun a Clinical Counseling graduate program. She has a passion for leading believers in true & sincere worship of Jesus Christ and seeing others experience freedom in Him! Jess is happily married to Brady Bartlett, our Pastor of Student Ministries.

Laura Thomas and her family have attended Calvary since early 2022 and joined the Calvary staff in October 2025 as a Pastoral Assistant and Social Media Manager. Laura has served as Care Team Director since 2022, where she has helped grow and structure four serving teams focused on caring for Calvary’s church family and reaching into the local community.

Laura is also a small business owner and the founder of an online ministry, using digital platforms to fill social media spaces with the message of the Gospel. She has a passion for organization and creating systems that help ministry function with clarity, care, and compassion.
